1. Information We Collect
The itda app collects the following information:
- Google Account Info: Email address, display name (when using Google Sign-In)
- Apple Account Info: Email address, display name (when using Apple Sign-In)
- App Usage Data: Project information, task data, settings
- AI Feature Input: Text you enter when using AI project generation (project name, description, key tasks, etc.)
2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used for:
- User Identification: Through Google or Apple Account
- Data Synchronization: Cloud backup and sync via Firestore
- Service Delivery: Project management and schedule creation features
- AI Features: Information you provide for AI project generation is sent to an external AI service solely to generate results. The transmitted data is not separately stored on itda servers after the result is returned.
3. Data Storage
- Location: Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform, asia-northeast3 Seoul)
- Retention: Until account deletion or upon user request
- Encryption: All data is stored encrypted
4. Third-Party Sharing
The itda app does not share personal information with third parties, except when you explicitly use the AI project generation feature — in which case your input is transmitted to an external AI service solely for the purpose of generating results. This transmission occurs only when you actively invoke the feature.
5. Data Security
- Data protection through Firebase security systems
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
- Regular security updates
6. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access: Request to view stored personal information
- Correction: Request to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request to delete account and all data
